Admission Fees For Games:
$5.00 for ages 16 & up / $3 for ages 5-15 / 4 and under are free
Football & Cheer Participants of the current day are free.
No military or senior discounts will be offered for this event.
Football players MUST wear their jersey and cheerleaders must be in uniform for free entry!
Administrators holding a valid 2013 GGGC badge will be allowed in for free – NO BADGE, NO
FREE ENTRY! No refunds will be issued for any reason. There will be no Exceptions granted
to the above policy!!
General Information:







Gates will open for spectators at 9:00 am
Concessions stand will be open. No outside food or drinks will be allowed (including team snacks).
Indoor restrooms will be available. Parents are allowed and may bring canopies.
All purses and bags are subject to check at any time.
No pets of any kind, including purse dogs, are allowed in the school.
No tailgating of any kind allowed in the parking lot. No noise makers, no horns of any kind.
PLEASE NOTE: It is unlawful in the State of California to consume any form of alcoholic beverage
and/or drugs on any school property. No smoking in the school or parking lot around the general
public.

Information for administrators:

Weigh- ins will start on time. We are asking all teams to report to the outside of the locker room NO
LATER than the above times. Only one coach, weigh master, a board member and the team will be
allowed in the locker room for weigh ins….No Parents Allowed!!

All team must report to the game field no less than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the game.

Teams will only be allowed 2 waterboys / 1 ball boy on the field at a time.

Only water is allowed on the game field.

Only water in team water coolers/bottles will be allowed inside the school. Please bring your own
water.

Only authorized personnel with official 2013 badges and coaches will be allowed on the game field.
We will monitor. Personnel has the right to deny entry to the game field to any administrator or
participant and will remove those that do not have proper badges.

Spirit participants will cheer in designated areas.

Football bags may be placed on the corner of the field.

A certified EMT or Dr. will be on site for all games. Please advise us if you plan to bring your own EMT,
nurse, or doctor. PLEASE NOTE: The SF Jr 49er’s EMT or Dr. will have the final say on the status of
a participant in the game.
Absolutely no sports drinks, food, candy, sports
beans, or sunflower seeds will be allowed past the field gate. Any coach or participant found with
prohibited items will be removed from the field.
The Board of Directors, coaches, participants, and parents ask that the members of your organization
respect the rule of our home field. Should you have any questions and/or concerns,
please contact a member of our board for immediate attention.
We look forward to a very fun and exciting day of youth football and spirit.
