4. Please note that the report DOES NOT total the books distributed

Your January 2016 Progress Report is due March 1st!
Thank you for being part of the network of over 5,500 Reach Out and Read programs in the United States and for giving young
children a foundation for success by incorporating books into pediatric care and encouraging families to read aloud together.
As you know, on-going participation in the Reach Out and Read program requires that every program submit a semi-annual Progress
Report; this email is to tell you that the January 2016 Progress Report is now open for completion on myror.org.
Please fill it out no later than March 1st. Access the Progress Report at www.myror.org , using the following site log in:
Site ID#:
Password:
1.
After logging in, click on the “Program Administration” tab.
2.
Scroll down until you see the section labeled “Reports and Tools”
3. As you can see, it will alert you in red if you have a pending report. Below the alert, you can click on “Work On Report.” This
will give you access to the progress report. If this is your first time completing the report, you can click “View” on one of the past
reports and that will allow you to see who completed it previously and what information they provided.
4. Please note that the report DOES NOT total the books distributed numbers while
editing, Once you hit SUBMIT, the numbers will populate.
** Please note. You can save the report at any point and come back to it. However, once you have completed it, you must hit
“Submit” in red as opposed to “Save and Close.” (See photo below)
*** If you do not complete the report, your site will be ineligible to receive any books the National Center may distribute in the next 6
months.
Why do we need your data? To aggregate site data to: report back to current funders, submit new grant requests, support state and
federal allocation requests, and forecast future book need. Even in a year when we have no (or few) books to distribute, this vital
information makes it possible to continue seeking future funding for books, literacy materials, and training resources.
