Our Matchday Pledge
Overview
Coaches may wish to discuss a pledge with young players, where they all agree
to respect the rules.
This pledge can then be displayed as a poster within the dressing room before a
match, giving the coach an opportunity to reference their pledge and embed
positive respectful behaviours.
You can print the pledge out as an A3 poster. The text and picture can be edited
to suit your sport or club.

We want to win the game the way it is supposed
to be played.
We refuse to bend the rules even if we can get
away with it.
Rules are there for a reason, breaking the rules
dishonours our game.
We will always respect the rules.
