GUIDELINES
Project objective(s): The concrete change that the project will have achieved when it has been
completed.
Target group: The target group refers to those who will be most immediately strengthened and
empowered by working with the project and its activities. These are chiefly agents of change who will
continue to work in society with the methods and objectives of the project.
Final beneficiaries: Final beneficiaries are individuals, groups or organisations who are directly
positively influenced by the project outcome. Are the final beneficiaries especially marginalized or
discriminated against in some way? If so, explain.
Stakeholders: Stakeholders are individuals or institutions in society at large that may, directly or
indirectly, positively or negatively, affect or be affected by a project. Examples of stakeholders in the
field of culture and media are public authorities, decision makers, sectorial organisations etc.
Indicators: An indicator is an instrument which is used to measure how well the project has succeeded
in bringing about the proposed change(s).
