Summer Ball Registration
Registration: $15 player
$30 family

If you are interested in playing baseball or softball this summer we would like you to fill out this form and
return it to school on or before Friday April 8th. We will then get together as coaches and those interested
in coaching and get the teams set on April 12th. Anyone that has questions or concerns is welcome to
attend at that point.
We will also have an end of the year meeting at a date to be set later.

Games this summer will start May 10th for the girls and May 23rd for the boys.
Tournament dates will be: Girls T-ball – June 18th @ Sumner
Girls 4th-7th – June 19th – 23rd @ Sumner
Girls 8th-12th – June 19th – 23rd @ Sumner
Boys Peewee – June 26th – 30th @ Sumner
Boys Pony – June 26th – 30th @ Sumner
Boys T-Ball – 7, 8, 9
Girls T-Ball – K-3rd Grade
Boys Peewee – 10, 11, 12
Girls’ Junior – 4th-7th Grade
Boys Pony – 13, 14, 15
Girls HS – 8th-12th Grade
