Each athlete must complete four full rounds following the rep scheme outlined in the workout description. Once the athlete has complete all 21 reps on the rower the video must show the total calories on the screen before moving in position to show the Toes 2 Bar. On the Toes 2 Bar, the athletes feet must pass behind the vertical plane of the pull-up bar. At the top of the movement, both feet must hit the bar at the same time for the Toes 2 Bar rep to count. In the Clean, three variations of Clean are allowed. The athlete may use a Power Clean, Squat Clean or Split Clean. If using a Split Clean, the athlete must bring both feet back together before lowering the bar from the front rack position. In each clean, the barbell must finish on the shoulders with the hips and knees fully extended and the elbows in front of the bar. A Qualifying Score is the combined time needed for Athlete 1 to complete four rounds of work & Athlete 2 to complete four rounds of work. In the case of a tie, the combined first round times of Athlete 1 & Athlete 2 will be used as the Tiebreak Time. Timing Note: The Qualifying Score and Tiebreak Times must be reported in clasped time, not time remaining. If you are using a countdown timer, you must convert to elapsed time before reporting your score. For this reason, it is recommended that you set your clock to count up. Video Submission Standards All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. Prior to starting the workout, display the plates and barbell so that the loads can be clearly seen. An additional person with a stopwatch or a clock timer will need to be in the frame throughout the entire workout. The video should be shot from an angle in which all movements can be clearly seen meeting the movement standards.
