Hebrews 8
Hebrews 8 – about mile 16
Hebrews:
Jesus is superior to all things,
yet knows what it is to be human,
so remain open to his instruction
lest you lose the rest you are offered.
He empathises with us for he is our priest,
but wishes us to grow to maturity.
He is the only priest we need.
Hebrews 8:1-2
“The point of what we are saying is this:
We do have such a high priest, who sat
down at the right hand of the throne of the
Majesty in heaven and who serves in the
sanctuary, the true tabernacle set up by the
Lord, not by a mere human being.”

“So I will forgive your
wickedness and
remember your
sins no more.”
If Jesus is
interceding for
us, does this
change the way
we pray?
As you follow
Jesus, what
makes you feel
guilty and
what should
you do with
that guilt?
