Cricket Victoria Player Pathway
The Cricket Victoria Player Pathway plays a
critical role in the identification, development
and nurturing of the next group of Victorian
Underage Representatives as well as the
next generation of Bushranger Players.

Nomination Process:
• CMCA, FDCA, SD&CCL nominate players to
participate in development squads & pathway
selection trials.
• RCM knowledge of previous squads, VMCU,
R.M Hatch, school, junior and senior stats

Pathway Selection Process:
• Pathway Coach responsible for selecting final
squad of 13 players plus 3 emergencies.
• Ensuring best players are selected for
specialist role in State Championships.

advice and feedback throughout selection
process.
• Communication with Coaches of VMCU U14,
