REGISTERING TO COMPLETE THE OUR WAY INDUCTION ONLINE
Step 1: Go to https://bggroup.learn.taleo.net/home/external
Step 2: Click on “If you are not yet registered, click here to register now.”
Step 3: Complete all required field’s with a red *

Username: Surname + First Name initial Eg: John Smith would be SmithJ
•
Choose your designated group ie; QGC Contractors or QGC Visitor
Step 4: Once you have completed all fields, click “Next Step”
Password Recovery Questions Choose a question and answer on the right hand side and click ‘Save’
You will then be logged into the LEARN system
Under Quick Links (left hand side of the page) you will see two options, Mandatory Learning and
Lifesavers. Click “Mandatory Learning” then QGC- Our Way HSSE Induction
Please note, if you have problems printing your certificate of completion once you finish each
course, please take a screen shot using the Print Screen key to copy and paste the certificate of
completion into a Word document or email.
