All participants (credit and non-credit) are required to bring their Eagle ID card to class and are
required to sign the attendance book at every class.
All classes are 50 – 60 minutes and begin on the hour. The following schedule is subject to change in the
event of extenuating circumstances.


Classes begin January 6 – Classes end on March 15. Classes canceled on January 18 & February 15.

Note: Up to 2 visits a day of any class will be counted for credit.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:







BODYJAM™ is a 55 minute workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves. It’s cardio fun at it’s best
for those with a passion for movement. You will be burn calories, increase your fitness levels – and learn to
dance better (1-credit option is also available as PHED 125-20, CRN 13620).
BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights
and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of
the class makes BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and
compelling choreography keep you going through each one-hour workout. You’ll use a step platform, a bar and
a set of weights. (1-credit option is also available as PHED 125-23, CRN 13621).
ZUMBA® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will
blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked.
Zumba® Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of
caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! (1-credit
option is also available as PHED 125-29, CRN 13624).
YOGA/ PILATES MIX uses various yoga and Pilates exercises to help build core strength & stability, enhance
flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness; modifications for beginner and intermediate participants. (1credit option is also available as PHED 125-06, CRN 13618 (noon class) or PHED 125-26, CRN 13623 (6pm class)).
INDOOR CYCLING allows participants to get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-pounding,
exhilarating class. Individual chooses intensity level – so beginners to advanced participants are encouraged to
attend. This class is limited to the first 20 participants. Please come a few minutes early to class if never trained
on an indoor cycle for proper bike fit. (1-credit option is also available as PHED 125-24, CRN 13622).
CARDIO & STEP is a combination of traditional aerobics that started it all. Participate in step and floor
workouts to get a fantastic cardio workout. (1-credit option is also available as PHED 125-09, CRN 13619).
AEROBIC KICKBOXING brings martial arts moves into a group exercise atmosphere by combining noncompetitive, no contact aerobic and anaerobic drills using variations of martial arts skills. (1-credit option is also
available as PHED 125-30, CRN 13625).

13629); 2 credit class, $31.89 course fee.

Complete participant data paperwork –
Download from Blackboard. Bring completed
paperwork to first Group Exercise class
attended.

Show up to class and have fun Remember to

NON-CREDIT
1.

Non-students need to purchase PHASE users
card at Student Financial Services

Pay non-credit fees (all non-credit
participants)
