Tournament Details:





Register your team from 2 PM - 3 PM
Tournament starts at 3 PM
$15 per team (cash or check)
Tournament is single elimination
All ages welcome, family teams are encouraged - there is no limit on how many people can make up a team
Rules:










Games will be played until one team reached or exceeds 21 points, the winning team must win by two or
more points.
This will be a cancellation format where opposing players' points cancel one another out. Only those points
that do not cancel out apply to the total overall score.
3 points will be scored for a bag that goes through the hole whether it is thrown through, slid in or is
pushed in by another bag.
1 point for a bag that lands and stays on the playing surface.
1 point for a bag that is hanging into the hole but does not fall completely through.
1 point for a bag that is hanging off of the edge of the playing surface but is NOT touching the ground.
0 points for a bag that is on the playing surface but is also touching the ground.
0 points for a bag that lands on the playing surface after touching the ground first-this bag should be
removed from the playing surface before another bag is thrown.
Alternate throws between the two teams will be made until all 8 bags have been thrown. Teams of 3 or
more will alternate team members each round (the same person will throw all four bags in a round).
The team that wins the round throws first in the next round.
The winning team will receive a gift certificate for one free night at the Westin O'Hare.
Proceeds from this event will fund the walk-a-thon and other PTO sponsored events.
