referencias revisadas tanto en el taller 2 como en el punto anterior.
Rta: El tema general de nuestra investigación se centra especialmente en
capacidades científicas, específicamente vamos a tratar la rama de la
bioinformática, que es tratada especialmente en la ingeniería de sistemas, teniendo
en cuenta lo anterior definimos como bioinformática la aplicación de los
ordenadores y los métodos informáticos en el análisis de datos experimentales y
simulación de los sistemas biológicos. Una de las principales aplicaciones de la
bioinformática es la simulación, la minería de datos (data mining) y el análisis de los
datos obtenidos en el estudio de moléculas relevantes para la vida, por ej. el
ADN/ARN/genoma (Proyecto Genoma Humano) o las proteínas proteoma, así como
el diseño y desarrollo de herramientas tales como: bases de datos, directorios
web, etc. La mayoria de informacióin que podemos encontrar entorno a estetema
tiene que ver con los diversos avances contemporáneos que se han logrado gracias
a la investigación metódica, entre la información que encontramos acerca de este
tema hemos obtenido una referencia muy interesante “Políticas y resultados de
ciencia y tecnología en Colombia”. la cual nos muestra la relación existente entre
las políticas de Ciencia y Tecnología y los resultados que éstas han producido a
través del gasto en Ciencia y tecnología, como indicador de insumo, y de las
publicaciones, como indicador producto.
