and available when it’s convenient for them. It helps them
shop and compare plans based on their own personal health
care and medication needs – letting them choose and enroll
in a CareChoices care system that works best for them. Plus,
your employees can visit healthpartners.com or use their
smart phone to find more information on doctors and clinics
in their care system. With cost and quality ratings right at their
fingertips, it’s never been easier for your employees to
plan ahead.
No two employees are the same – especially when it comes
to their health care needs and budget. With more choices
and the freedom to choose from several quality care systems
throughout the year, your employees get the best of both
worlds – quality and budget-friendly health care.
Quality care they can compare
Finding top care and comparing health care options can be
challenging. CareChoices makes it easy to compare care
systems based on value and cost-effective care. CareChoices
engages your employees not only at open enrollment, but all
year long. Your employees can decide what care system works
best for them based on where they get care and how much they
want to pay. If they want to save money on their premiums and
out-of-pocket costs, they’ll want to select a lower cost, high
quality preferred care system.
And unlike other ACO models, your employees have the option
to go to any CareChoices care system whenever they want.
They’re not locked into one care system. Regardless of what
care system they choose, they’ll still be covered at the innetwork benefit level when they seek care elsewhere – they’ll
just pay more out-of-pocket.

– they’ll just pay more if it’s not their selected
