DAY BEFORE KICK OFF
Our Mixed Bag Designs Fundraiser starts tomorrow! Our goal this season is to raise ($_) for
(cause). Now who's ready to sell some cool stuff to all their friends and family? Remember, the
more you sell the more prizes you can win! Let the countdown to our Mixed Bag Designs
Fundraiser begin!
KICK OFF DAY
It's time to kick off our Mixed Bag Designs Fundraiser. Today you will take home your seller
packets. Be sure to guard these puppies with your life and don't forget to show them to your
parents. Sit down tonight and look through the catalogs together. Remember to circle the
things you want. Also, check out the prize flyer inside. Sell enough items and you can earn your
own remote control robot. Pretty neat, right? The faster you start selling, the faster you'll earn
awesome prizes like the remote control robot. Good luck and happy selling everyone!
DAY TWO-THREE
Students, raise your hand if you have already sold any items from your Mixed Bag Designs
catalog. Teachers look around the room. Okay everyone put your hands down. If you haven't
sold yet there is still plenty of time. Now who likes prizes? That's what I thought. We all do and
students aren't the only ones who can receive prizes. Teachers can too! Teachers - get half of
your class to sell one item and you can receive a $50 Mixed Bag Designs gift card. It's that easy.
So keep calm and fundraise on!
DAY FOUR-FIVE
Now that our Mixed Bag Designs Fundraiser is in full swing - it's time to sell, sell, sell! Did you know that
you can also send emails to your out-of-town friends and family to help our school by ordering online?
We have a custom template just for that. Mixed Bag Designs has something for everyone. So be sure to
call everyone you know and encourage them to help out our school. We can't reach our goal without
you. Tell your parents they can also help by sharing our fundraiser on their social media pages. Be sure
to ask your teacher what other ways you can help spread the word.
DAY SIX-SEVEN (HALFWAY)
We are half way through with our Mixed Bag Designs Fundraiser and so far everyone is doing a great
job! Can you guess how much a Mixed Bag reusable bag holds? Up to 50 pounds. Wow - that's about 5
bowling balls. Have you guys seen the Mobile DJ Sound System? It comes with a microphone and a
remote control. All you have to do is sell five items like 5 reusable bags to enter for a chance to win. So
go out and sell and don't forget to have fun!
DAY EIGHT-NINE
Just checking in and reminding everyone that our Mixed Bag Designs Fundraiser is still going on, but we
still need your support. So far we have raised ($_) and our goal is ($_). There's still time to get your
orders in. How about a special shout out to our top sellers (names of students). You guys rock! So keep
those orders coming and if you have already turned yours in - THANKS! If not, please turn them in by
(deadline) and help us set a fundraising record!
DAY TEN-TWELVE
We are coming into the home stretch of our Mixed Bag Designs Fundraiser. Remember to get those lastminute orders in! So many of our students have already won awesome prizes and on top of that are
helping our school to reach our goal. What prize level are you at? Can you think of someone you could
sell to when you get home today? Write down at least 1 new name and have your parents help contact
them. Let's go for a grand slam!
ALMOST OVER
Don't forget tomorrow is the last day to turn your Mixed Bag Designs order form and money in. Raise
your hand if you sold at least one item to help your teacher receive a gift card. Raise your hand if you
sold at least 3 items to win a chalk wristband. Raise your hand if you sold more than five to win more
than one prize and help your school. Raise your hand if you are having fun! On the count of 3 everyone
yell - Let's go (mascot)! 1-2-3-Let's go (mascot)!
LAST DAY
We did it! Our Mixed Bag Designs fundraiser was a success. On behalf of the school, we like to thank
everyone who helped us to reach our goal. It was because of you we are now able to (cause). Also, a big
thank you to all the teachers and volunteers. Go ahead everyone and give yourselves a round of
applause!
