Terms and Conditions of UBB’s OK Loan Promotion
1. The promotion is open only to preset cardholders of personal cards, issued by UBB AD to OK
Loans prior to 01.11.2016.
2. The promotion period starts at 00:01 on 01.11.2016 and ends at 23:59 on 16.12.2016, as each
eligible transaction within this period, as described in Item 3 below, via personal OK bank cards
issued by UBB, will be automatically registered for participation.
One cardholder can take part in the promotion with all personal bank cards to an OK loan, issued
in his/her name by UBB prior to 01.11.2016.
3. Promotion parameters.
Each holder of a personal bank card to an OK loan, issued by UBB AD prior to 01.11.2016, who
has made a withdrawal of minimum BGN 150 at any ATM or POS device of the Bank during the
promotion period, shall be entitled to participate.
Cash withdrawal transactions at ATM devices, in bank branches/ business centers, made with
cards, issued after the promotion’s launch (01 November 2016), will not be eligible for participation.
Out of all transactions, executed during each week of the promotion period, 3 prizes – Lenovo
Yoga tablets – will be given away per week. Weekly prizes will be drawn randomly, in the presence
of a notary public.
All material prizes will be received personally by the winners in a designated branch of UBB AD.
The winners will be informed in person.
UBB AD will notify winners via their contact details, provided by them to the Bank and available in
its system as of the date of the above-described prize drawing. In case the material prize has been
won by a participant, who has submitted incorrect or incomplete contact details, or he/she cannot
be found, the prize will be given to the next-in-line participant, drawn by the Promotion Organizer,
according to the back-up list of participants, drawn for the prize.
4. Description of prizes
During the promotion period 21 prizes – Lenovo.
The prizes may not be exchanged and have no cash equivalent. In case that a prize is not
available, UBB AD reserves itself the right to replace it with another one of identical or higher
value.
5. The winners may be required to make public appearances.
6. By participating in the promotion all holders of personal bank cards to an OK Loan by UBB AD
prior to 01.11.2016, give their explicit consent to have their personal data processed by UBB AD
for the purpose of organizing and running the promotion.
6.1 The participants provide their explicit consent to the Promotion Organizer and/or Contractor to
process their personal data, provided for the Game purposes and agree that upon receipt of an

award their personal data (respectively full name) may become publicly announced and used by
the Promotion Organizer in printed or other-type materials.
6.2 By their joining the Game participants agree voluntarily, should they win a prize, to provide to
the Promotion Organizer their personal data - full name and a telephone number for contact, as
well as address, needed for winner identification and feedback purposes.
6.3 Each participant may at any time withdraw his/her consent with a written statement, thus
rendering inadmissible any subsequent processing of that participant’s personal data.
6.4 The Promotion Organizer shall employ due to care to collect, process and store the personal
data of the participants in strict compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
7. By joining the promotion all participants undertake to observe the rules and all other
requirements, as announced publicly in the promotion materials or otherwise.
8. UBB AD’s decision for determining the winning cardholders will be final.
9. Employees of UBB AD or of UBB AD subsidiaries, or any person, professionally engaged with
the promotion, as well as the members of their families, are not entitled to participate.
10. The Promotion Organizer is UBB AD.
