SUPER SPIN GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL RULES
• Beginning on Friday, September 2, 2016 through Saturday, October 29, 2016, drawings will be held every Friday and Saturday at 7PM at the Promotions Stage.
• Beginning on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 12:01AM, every Thunder Rewards member can earn one free daily electronic drawing entry. Slots players can earn one electronic drawing entry
for every 250 points earned on their Thunder Rewards card. In addition, every Table Games player can earn one electronic drawing entry for every 100 points earned on their Thunder
Rewards card.
• Every Monday and Friday, Thunder Rewards members can earn Double Drawing entries from 12:01AM – 11:59PM.
• During the promotion, a Bonus Drawing will be held every Friday and Saturday night at 10PM when an additional 10 Thunder Rewards members will win $200 in
Free Slot Play.
Electronic Entry Claiming Procedures
• Free daily electronic entry must be redeemed at the Self-Service Kiosk each day before 11:59PM.
• Earned entries are accumulative through the week and must be activated on the drawing date to be included in the electronic drawing.
• Electronic drawing entries must be activated at the Self-Service Kiosks from 5PM – 6:50PM on each drawing date.
• Entries must be activated by 6:50PM to be included in the drawing.
• Entries earned after 7PM on Saturday evening will be valid for the drawing held the following weekend.
• One electronic drawing entry will be awarded for every 250 slot points earned on the guest’s Thunder Rewards card.
• One electronic drawing entry will be awarded for every 100 table points earned on the guest’s Thunder Rewards card.
• Bonus entries may be awarded through advertising, social media or direct mail offers.
• Issuance of electronic entries will cease at 6:59PM on October 29, 2016.
Drawing Procedures
• At each scheduled drawing time, ten electronic entries will be drawn using a certified random number generator within the Promotion Tracker program. Each winner’s First Name and
Thunder Rewards card number will be announced and displayed electronically throughout the casino. Announcements cannot be heard in Restaurants or Restrooms.
• Each winner must be present and have their Thunder Rewards card and ID verified by the Promotions representative at the stage within three minutes after their card number has been
displayed. Winners must have their Thunder Rewards card and Valid ID to claim their prize.
• If prize remains unclaimed after the allotted time period, it is considered forfeited and additional individual entries will be randomly selected in accordance with the procedures listed
above.
• At each drawing, all ten guests will be asked to select a token from a bag. Of the ten guests, nine will reveal a prize of $1,000 and one guest will play the game. The participant playing the
game will spin the giant prize wheel. Prizes will include $3,000; $5,000; $8,000; $10,000; $11,000; $12,000; $15,000; $18,000; $20,000; $25,000; or a new vehicle, valued at $35,000.
• The wheel must rotate a complete and full spin. If the wheel does not make a complete rotation, the spin is considered void and the guest must spin the wheel again. In the event that a
guest is unable to spin the wheel adequately, due to physical limitations, he/she may designate another guest to spin the wheel in their place.
• Winners will have their choice of Cash, Free Slot Play or Promotional Chips. If Free Slot Play is selected, it will be immediately loaded onto the winner’s Thunder Rewards card and will be
valid for 7 days.
• Upon completion of the promotional drawing, winners must claim their prize within 24 hours and all unclaimed prizes are considered forfeited.
10PM Bonus Drawing Procedures
• At 10PM each drawing night, ten guests will each win $200 in Free Slot Play. These winners will be drawn using a certified random number generator within the Promotion Tracker
program. Each guest’s Thunder Rewards card number will be announced and posted at the Promotions Stage. Winners must claim their prize at the Rewards Center by 11:59PM each
drawing night. Unclaimed prizes are considered forfeited.

General Rules
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older and have a Thunder Rewards card to be eligible. Participants may only win once per drawing.
• All applicable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner. All unclaimed prizes are considered forfeited.
• Thunder Valley Casino Resort employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• Vehicles present in advertising collateral may not be actual prize won. Features, colors, and styles may vary.
• Vehicle retail value not to exceed $35,000. Winner of this prize may choose cash alternative in the amount of $24,500.
• Vehicle will be purchased exclusively through our promotional partners.
• Participants in this promotion agree to abide by the rules of this promotion and be photographed for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.
• In accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations, winners of prizes valued at $600 or above must provide a taxpayer identification number (SSN) and a valid form of identification
that includes their name and address, prior to receiving their prize.
• Management reserves the right to extend drawing time in the event of a system malfunction. Management is not responsible for errors or omissions.
• Upon drawing, verifying, and announcing the winning entries, all remaining electronic entries will be secured in accordance with Tribal Gaming Agency rules and regulations for a period
no less than 2 years from the drawing date.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Thunder Valley Casino Resort management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned,
and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all contestants. In addition, Thunder Valley Casino Resort reserves the right to void any ticket, and/or to change, cancel, or modify this
promotion at any time.
