In accordance with Bowls NSW Regulation 7.2 any Individual who wishes to change their declared club must obtain a clearance
from their current declared club by completing this form.
A Club Clearance is required to be lodged for;
 Any Player who is currently registered with Bowls NSW as a Bowling Member of a Member Club or Affiliated Sub Club and
who wishes to change his declared club to another Member Club or Sub Club; OR
 Any Player who has been registered with Bowls NSW as a Bowling Member of a Member Club or Affiliated Sub Club within
the past 12 months and who wishes to change his declared club to another Member Club or Sub Club.
A Club Clearance is NOT required to be lodged for;

A Player who has not been registered with Bowls NSW at a Member Club or Affiliated Sub Club within the past 12 months.
Please Note:
 If a Player is or has been registered with Bowls NSW in the past 12 months, a Club Clearance is required regardless of
whether or not they have played in any Association Event in that time or whether the Player has a Multi-Club Registration
at the either of the clubs that they wish to change between.
 The Player must be registered with Bowls NSW as a Bowling Member at the Member Club or Affiliated Sub-Club they are
transferring to prior to this form being submitted. Non complying applications will be returned.
 A Club Clearance will not be considered as processed until payment and this completed form is received at the Bowls NSW
Office.
 If the Player wishes to change their declared club during the season they MUST receive written permission to do so from
the State Match Committee. Written application must be endorsed by Club, District and Zone. (Refer 2013 COP 2.6.3)
