BAYVILLE FREE LIBRARY MEETING POLICY Due to the lack of separate and distinct meeting room space, meetings will be held at the Bayville Free Library at the discretion of the Director and Board of Trustees. The size and number of meetings must be limited because of space constraints. All meetings will be held in public space, which must remain accessible to the public. We have no closed-door rooms so we cannot guarantee privacy to any group. We would appreciate you requesting meeting space in advance. Arrivals unannounced may not be accommodated. Meetings may not disrupt, interrupt or interfere with regular Library operations. Meeting space must be left in the same condition as it is found. Adopted 09/11/2013 Last Review 02/12/14
