This is a sealed, blind bid process. The winner will be the highest bidder. Neither the amount nor number of bids will be disclosed prior to announcing the winner. The winner will be announced at the closing General Session on Monday, June 26, 2017 Payment must be received in full, via cash or immediately available funds, by 7/31/2017. Transfer of title and possession will occur at a future mutually agreeable date between buyer and Pi Beta Phi Fraternity. Pi Beta Phi car wrap will be removed prior to transfer of title. The vehicle will be delivered to buyer in substantially the same condition as on the date of the auction, normal wear and tear and mileage excepted. Pi Beta Phi makes no additional representations or warranties regarding the condition of the vehicle. In the event of damage or destruction to the vehicle prior to title transfer, Pi Beta Phi shall have the option to: (i)
repair the vehicle at its expense or (ii)
