Year-end move-out inspection for residence students
Move-out inspections must be submitted before leaving campus. If an inspection is not submitted, it will be assumed
that the room has been left in the same condition as it was found upon arrival. Please educate yourself on your specific
residence’s move-out process and make an appropriate appointment with your house staff to check-out.
To access the A+ Residence Portal, click here.
After logging-in to your A+ Residence
Portal, click on the Inventory tab.
Select the Year-end move-out inspection
by clicking on it. Once highlighted, click on
Review.
Review each item as listed in the
description box.
The Current Condition is how you
described this item upon move-in.
If the item differs from the Current
Condition listed, please indicate the
changes/damages in the Review
Comments box.
Click agree once you
have reviewed the item
and added your Review
Comments (if applicable)
Once complete, submit your inspection for final review by Housing staff.
