to new candidates. After you read this and have a chance to watch the movies at

We just returned from the International Franchise Exposition in New York, and I’m very
pleased to say that after comparing SandFree to many other franchises at the show, we
have better numbers, better risk vs. reward factors, much lower risk, and a greater

odor when a wood floor was sanded. We have sanded floors since the 70s, but when

Ease of learning: You don’t have to be in the flooring industry to be successful with
SandFree®

an interior designer.
As you will see when you read the FDD, we were/are a “franchisee” first. We developed
this service. When we made mistakes, we adjusted the system. The people who
developed SandFree® are still with the company. Basically, you are getting a history of
millions of feet of experience to help you get started. This is important to give you great
technical support in your startup months.
Mobile unit franchise: no rent, no secretarial staff, no utilities. But because
SandFree® has a Call Center that acts as your administrative staff, your customer will
always have their calls answered by trained SandFree® veterans who will give great
customer service. They will take notes about the phone call, email a proposal, and
setup an onsite visit for you ust as if they were in your front office. Included with your
franchise fee is a computer, accounting, office and CRM software that will enable you
to know exactly what we said to your customer, and for us to know exactly what you

training, painting/wrapping/lettering of the van, training, and the hotel for your week in
Philadelphia.
Make An Impact: Although we’ve sold more than 60 territories, we only have 15
franchisees. All of these people have made positive suggestions to improve the service
and the brand. The discussions on customer financing, marketing, and sales
techniques take place on a daily basis. This isn’t a situation where you are going to be
