Getting Started
How to upgrade your InquiryXpress Host On-Demand client.
Once you have accessed the InquiryXpress option in Agents Online you will be directed to a page that
will upgrade your Host On-Demand client. You will need to follow the instructions to complete this
upgrade. This is a one-time process. Once you have upgraded your client and returned to the web site,
you will be able to log in like you have in the past. Any questions or comments regarding upgrade or
access to the website should be directed to the Western National help desk at (952) 921-9271 or (800)
862-6070 Ext. 271.
MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER
Step 1.
At the InquiryXpress screen click on the InquiryXpress icon. This screen will be the one you need to
return to after each step is completed through out these instructions

Depending upon the security settings within your browser, the following security-warning window may
appear during the upgrade.
You must click on Yes to complete the download and connect to our corporate computer. If you click on
No, the needed software will not download to your computer and you will not be able to access our
system.
If you click on the box marked "Always trust content from International Business Machines" (an x will
appear in the box), this window will not appear again. Leaving this box unchecked will result in the
window reappearing each time you connect to our system.
Each time the window appears you must respond by clicking on the Yes button to proceed.
The following screens will appear. This will remove the existing software.

Click on OK and you will see the following message.
Click ok to remove the client.
When you get this message click on OK then close both browser windows by clicking on the X in upper
right hand corners as indicated.

Step 2.
Open your browser and return to our web site at www.wnins.com.
Click on AgentsOnline.
Click on InquiryXpress.
Click on InquiryXpress again and this window will pop up.
Click on OK to install the new client. (DO NOT browse to a different HTML page until install
completes.)
Next you will see the following screen.

Wait until the process is finished. The screen may flash and the progress bar will move to 100%. Next
you will see the screen below.
Click on OK and then close your browser window by clicking on the X.
Step 3.
Open the browser again and return to our web site at www.wnins.com again.
Click on AgentsOnline.
Click on InquiryXpress.
Click on InquiryXpress again and this page will be displayed before your login screen appears.

When this window pops up enter your USER ID and Password to access your book of business.
