Terms and Conditions
We strongly recommend all our actors join Spotlight. This is a separate
registration with Spotlight and incurs a fee of £96. Once we have received
payment we can create your Spotlight profile. If you are under 21 you have to
go on Spotlight with an agent. If you are over 21 you will need to create your
own adult spotlight page and tell them we are your agent, please note the
fee for adults is £156.












Shelley Norton Management acts as your sole agent, this is to avoid conflict
with other agents putting you forward for the same jobs / roles
You are under no contract to stay with us for a certain period of time
If you wish to change agencies please let us know via phone or email so we can
stop putting you forward for roles and remove you from our books
We can never guarantee that we will get you auditions / meetings / castings /
jobs but we will actively be suggesting you for roles regularly
Shelley Norton Management complies with the Data Protect Act and will not
pass your details onto any third parties without your prior consent
Shelley Norton Management take a 20% commission on all work undertaken by
clients including chaperone fees
If you hear of any auditions / meetings / castings / jobs please let us know and we
can follow it up for you
If represented by Shelley Norton Management you cannot attend an audition
through another agent
It is ok to check in with us and ask what you have been put forward for
Please keep us updated with any new credits / hobbies / interests / skills
We ask nicely that you do not contact the office with regards to feedback from
auditions or to see if you have been successful. If Casting Director’s give us
feedback we will be sure to pass it on to you. It is quite usual to only hear back if
clients are successful and booked onto jobs.
Please make sure we have up to date bank account details for payments.
Childrens payments should go to their own account, rather than a parents.
Headshot
Terms and Conditions
If you would like to be booked in for head shots please email
[email protected] who will be able to tell you when our next available
session is. You will need a new headshot each year.

We have two offers available for head shots. Once we know which offer you would
prefer we can book you in. Headshots take place at The Talent Shack, Unit 17,
Freemans Parc, Penarth Road, Cardiff, CF11 8EQ
Option 1:
£35 for a 10 minute shoot. You will receive six photos which will be available in colour
and black and white. These are head shots only, studio based.
Option 2:
£75 for a half hour shoot. You will receive 12-15 photos, a variety of head shots and full
body length. These photos will be available in colour and black and white taken at our
studio and on location (weather dependent).
What to wear:
Remember to bring a change of outfit for the half hour shoot.
Wear your hair as you would normally, but on a good day!
Girls keep any makeup natural to just enhance your features
Payment:
Payment is due in full to avoid cancellation You can pay cash on the day or a BACS

Cancellation Policy
If you miss your time slot, and haven’t yet paid, payment will still be due. We can
rearrange the shoot for a reduced price of £20 because we need to pay Mary for
her time which is why we have requested payment in advance.
Production Confidentiality
Terms and Conditions
Please note that as soon as we receive payments you will be paid within 7 days.
Payments can take up to six months to be paid out by production companies.
By partaking in any filmed production you will not disclose any materials, photographs
or distribute any information until the production has broadcast your scene. Everything
on set must be treated with full confidentiality outside of the production.
The Producer is the sole, exclusive owner of all rights, material and confidential
information. By participating in production you are agreeing to not make any
unauthorised use, publication or distribute material and confidential information to the
general public and the media, including social media.
Failure to comply with the above may result in immediate termination of your
employment and the producer can prosecute you under failure to comply with these
policies. The Producer reserves all of its rights in the event that you do not comply to
confidential information and materials

Supporting Artist
Terms and Conditions
When you work as a Supporting Artist (extra) or chaperone you will be asked to sign a
“chit” at the end of the day. This ensures you get paid. You will keep a copy and
another copy gets sent to us ready for invoicing.
If you are over 16 please take your National Insurance number with you on the day.
By signing the “chit” you are agreeing to the following terms.
I give my consent for my image, whether moving or still, and my voice, to be distributed
and exhibited by and in any media throughout the world in perpetuity, without
restriction, whether as part of the programme or otherwise. My consent extends to any
publicity, tie ins or connections with the programme. The production company will
own all material recorded.
I agree to not disclose any information including, but not exclusively, photographs,
script, any confidential information to any press or media including all social media.
I confirm I am a British citizen ordinarily resident in the UK or citizen ordinarily resident
in another country which is a member of the European Union or the Commonwealth.
I will rehearse and perform to the best of my ability and carry out all reasonable
instruction given to me by the Director or anyone within Production.
I will arrive not less than 15 minutes before the given call time. I agree to be made up
and dressed as needed for the Production.
**We advise parents to avoid giving children fizzy drinks and sweets on set as these can
affect behaviour. Special dietary requirements should be discussed with the 2nd
Assistant Director or your point of contact on the day or with us, the Agent, in advance.
