PRIZE(S) EACH CONSISTING OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR(S) ($100) CASH (“QUALIFYING

IN ADDITION, A MAXIMUM OF THREE (3) OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIVE (105) WINNERS,
THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CONTEST, COULD WIN A BONUS PRIZE OF FOUR
HUNDRED DOLLAR(S) ($400)CASH (“BONUS PRIZE(S)”), BRINGING THE POTENTIAL
QUALIFYING PRIZE(S) TOTAL TO FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR(S) $500, AND ONE (1) GRAND
PRIZE OF A TRIP FOR TWO (2) TO THE 2017 CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL AT NISSAN STADIUM,
NASHVILLE, TN, THURSDAY, JUNE 8, 2017 THROUGH SUNDAY, JUNE 11, 2017, INCLUDING:
THREE (3) DAYS AND FOUR (4) NIGHTS, JUNE 8, 2017 TO JUNE 12, 2017, AND AIR FARE FOR
TWO (2). THE GRAND PRIZE IS VALUED AT APPROXIMATELY TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR(S)
($2,000), AND IS PROVIDED BY SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE (“GRAND PRIZE”).
Forever Media, Inc. and its affiliates through their Participating Radio Station(s), in conjunction with various sponsor(s) and/or prize provider(s)
(collectively, “Forever”) is conducting a contest named as set forth above (“Contest”). Forever may air contest(s) from time to time which are conducted
by Forever’s advertisers and other organizations that are not, sponsored or endorsed by, and/or for which, neither Forever, nor its radio stations,
participate (“Non-Forever Contest(s)”). For any Non-Forever Contest(s) please refer to the contest rules of the Non-Forever Contest Sponsor. Forever
assumes no liability or responsibility in whole or in part for any Non-Forever Contest(s).
1) No purchase or payment necessary. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contestant(s) may only win one time during this promotion and only
one winning contestant per household is permitted (“Participant(s) or singularly Participant”). Must be 21 years of age or older to win. ONE win per
participant.
2) Beginning on the Effective Date, Forever’s Participating Radio Station(s), will give Participant(s) a chance to win the above described Qualifying
Prize(s), Bonus Prize(s), and the Grand Prize.
Beginning on the Effective Date, each weekday between 6AM and 7PM, 3 times per day, Forever’s Participating Radio Station(s) will solicit
Participant(s) by spinning the Froggy Birthday Wheel of Winning, then announce a month and a day, and then on a cue to call will invite
Participant’s with the announced month and day as their birthdate to be the 10th caller, to win the above stated Qualifying Prize(s).The
Qualifying Prize(s) winner will then announce their birth year and Forever’s Participating Radio Station(s) will then spin the Froggy Birthday
Wheel a second time. If the actual year of that Qualifying Prize(s) winner’s birth year comes up, they will also win the above stated Bonus
Prize(s) for that play. In the event of technical difficulty with the tenth caller, successive calls will be taken until a winner for that play is
awarded. Each Qualifying Prize(s) winner will then be qualified to participate in the Grand Prize random live drawing which will be held on-air
on Monday, May 15, 2017, at 8:10AM. and where one of the 105 Qualifying Prize(s) will then be randomly selected to win the Grand Prize(s).
All Prize(s) must be able to provide proof acceptable to Forever in its sole and final discretion as to their day month and year of birth or their
Qualifying Prize(s) Bonus Prize(s) or Grand Prize or they will be disqualified from the Contest and their Prize(s) forfeited. All Prize(s) winners
are responsible for completing all required paperwork concerning the delivery of their Qualifying Prize(s) Bonus Prize(s)or the Grand Prize(s).
Each Qualifying Prize(s) or Bonus Prize(s)must be picked up within 10 days of first notification or it will be deemed forfeited and not reawarded. Other restrictions may apply.
The Grand Prize(s) is time sensitive. The Grand Prize(s) winner will be given specific details by Forever’s Participating Radio Station on their
notification of winning, about collection/acceptance of the Grand Prize(s) promptly on the award of the Grand Prize(s).
Grand Prize(s) travel arrangements and all related paperwork will be provided and made through Sony Music Nashville. The Grand Prize is
provided courtesy of Sony Music Nashville. Must be 21 or older to reserve the trip and/or to travel.

The Grand Prize(s) winner is responsible for completing all required paperwork concerning the delivery of Grand Prize(s). The Grand Prize(s)
Winner is responsible for any additional expenses beyond the specifics detailed within the Grand Prize(s) specifically; transportation to and/or
from the airport and/or hotels, hotel and sales taxes, tips, meals, telephone, rollaway beds, cribs, safe, parking, and any other incidentals are
not included items.. If the Grand Prize(s) is not claimed and/or collected as instructed on notification of winning it shall remain the property of
Forever.
The Grand Prize(s) winner will receive a Form 1099 for the full value of the Qualifying Prize(s) the Bonus Prize(s) and the Grand Prize(s), from
Forever’s Participating Radio Station(s).
No substitutions permitted. Not available for resale or transfer.
3) Any questions or comments regarding the operation of the Contest must be made in writing to Participating Radio Station(s) Operations Director at
the Studio Address.
4) All Contest Rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Participating Radio Station(s)at their sole discretion. Forever retains the right to
cancel this Contest for any reason at any time.
5) A copy of the official rules governing this Contest as well as Forever’s General Contest Rules are available at the Participating Studio Address and on
the Participating Radio Station(s) website address(s). Copies of the rules can be requested by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the
Studio Address.
The above Specific Contest Rules are to be applied in conjunction with the General Contest Rules
in effect by Forever at the time of a Specific Contest and may be amended, supplemented,
modified in all or part for a specific radio station or station(s) Events/Contests/Activities from time
to time by Forever in its sole discretion. Forever at all times reserves the right to
amend/supplement and/or modify these Specific Contest Rules with specific rules which shall be
made available by the Forever radio station as appropriate and in the Forever radio station(s) sole
discretion. Listeners’ and potential contest Participant(s) are urged to acquaint themselves with
these Specific Contest rules in advance of their participation. Where Specific Contest Rules are in
place for a particular event, those Specific Contest Rules shall control over, where different, from
the General Contest Rules.
