Setting Address Preferences
You need to set up the workspace preferences prior to creating quotes, and orders. The information you entered
will be used as default in all transactions. Some selections/options vary depending on the information entered as
workspace preferences.
1. From the Quick Links portlet on the CCW Home Page, click Workspace Profile and Preferences. The My
Profile page displays.

2. The third option under the workspace preferences is the user preferences. Click Preferences. The option list
on the left side of the page expands to display multiple Preference options. Information about each option is
listed in the following document sections.

3. To set the address preferences, click Addresses. The Addresses page displays. There are three sets of
information that can be populated on this page: Billing, Shipping, and end customer.

To change the billing address, complete the following steps:
