Founded and set up the website www.eatwelltravelfar.com. Created to further develop my
passion for food and creating healthy & nutritious recipes for people with dietary restrictions.
Over 13 months I have developed website traffic to an average of 2100 visits per day.
Achieved high levels of traffic by utilizing social media channels such as Facebook and
Instagram. Have grown the Facebook page from 100 likes in early stages to 1000 in
13months.
Over 50% of website traffic is driven through the websites Instagram account, which I have
grown to 6.4k followers in 13 months by posting photos of dishes and recipes prepared.
As a result of original content prepared and recipes outlined on site the website has been
featured on popular food review websites such as Lovin Dublin, Irish Farmers Journal and
Paleo Recipe World.
Was shortlisted for 2014 Blog of the Year Award.
The French Paradox Wine Bar, Senior Waitress: (Aug 2011 – Present)




Senior Waitress - Trained 4-5 new staff, sharing wine knowledge, customer service skills, and
time management.
Sales – genuine and knowledgeable approach allows me to sell wine with ease.
Co-manage Twitter feed and Facebook page. Plans to produce a food blog for the French
Paradox in 2015, showcasing the food & wine sold

Founded and set up the website Sweet Inspirations- Created to showcase and sell my baked
cakes and treats.
Created name, logo and packaging. Sold 50+ cakes and treats, delivering around Dublin.
Facebook Business page, with 214 likes.
A profit of over 30% was made on each sale
Fleishman Hillard, Receptionist: (Nov 2011)
 Through showcasing my personable skills in the French Paradox I was recruited by the
general manager of the PR firm, where I was receptionist for 2 months.
Extra Curricular
100minds.org, participant: (Oct 2014- Feb 2015)
 Involved as part of a team of 150 students to raise over 150,000 for two charities; Barnardos
and Blossom Ireland.
 Given a fundraising target of 1000€ and a deadline of February 2015 to reach it.
 Currently have approved a 5k run (negotiated with Guard’s and Harbor Police) on Christmas
morning in Dun Laoghaire.
 Set up “Christmas Jumper Selfie” with hashtag “#100mindsCJS”, to maximize social media in
the run up to my event. Each selfie taken and posted on Facebook or Instagram will require a
donation towards the two charities.
 Aiming to raise over 2k with a second event after Christmas.
Lourdes Pilgrimage Volunteer: (Sept 2010)

Based on interview processes, I was chosen out of 60 other students to travel to Lourdes

I use my creativity and passion for food to create a food emporium where I can share and provide
healthy, tasty and accessible food at an affordable cost. I am highly motivated and ambitious and
seek to work in an energetic and competitive environment. It is important to me that I work with
people who are passionate about food and entertainment. I see learning as a lifelong experience and
continually strive to meet the highest industry standards.

Cooking – Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School Florence. Studied Italian cooking, awarded with a
certificate at end of 3 months.
Language studies – Lingua Viva Language School Florence. Proceeded to grade 3 with first class
honors
