PLAYER CONTRACT
Tuition
- Payment is due in full at the first training session of each month
- There will be a $10/session late fee added to any unpaid monthly balances
- If payment is not made by the 2nd training session of the month, the player is also at risk
of losing their scheduled trainings
- If training must be cancelled due to illness, injury, or schedule conflict, please give 24
hour advanced notice. If adequate notice is NOT given, payment for the session is not
refunded, and a make up session will not be provided.
- Due to gym time scheduling, if a player is late to a training session, the time missed will
not be made up.
Make-Up Sessions
- For sessions cancelled with advance notice, players are allowed two make-up sessions
per month.
- There are no refunds for player injury. 10City will provide skills work that will not affect
the injury or provide a film session as a replacement for skills training.
Weather
- In the event of inclement weather prohibiting travel to the gym, the session will not be
refunded. Instead, training will be rescheduled to a group training session for all players
that wish to attend.
Growth/Performance
- Each player will be assessed by Coach Maurice Moore (10City). He will then determine,
and train according to the needs and skill level of each player as he deems necessary and
appropriate.
Live Game Evaluation
- Each live game that is attended by Coach Maurice Moore (10City) for the purpose of
player evaluation, feedback, and further development/training sessions is charged at a
rate of $150/game. This fee is due prior to the game.
- Client must also pay for Coach Maurice Moore’s entry into the game.
Miscellaneous
- Payment for additional services such as Explosion Boot Camp and film session are due at
the time of service.
- Filming of training sessions WILL NOT be allowed unless permission is granted by
10City prior to the session.
- Guests or visiting players ARE NOT allowed to participate in training sessions without
prior permission from 10City.
- 10City reserves the right to refuse service to any player and/or parent.
- 10CITY is not liable for any injury that may occur during training.
This contract will remain in effect for all training sessions provided to the client by 10City.
I have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined in the 10CITY Basketball Player contract.
