• Collaborative or single-company
• 12 month period of grace during which to
find matching private funding
• Pitchfest to help further matchmaking

• May 6-26th: Submit a 2 min video (open or
closed viewing)
• Independent assessment (2-3 weeks)
• Top scorers will be asked to submit a
short business plan
• Independent assessment (2-3 weeks)
• Winners get ‘promissory note’
