What types of documents can be given to the Counsel of Appellant for a project that is subject to an
appeal before the Independent Review Panel?
The Independent Review Panel (IRP) is a body that can review the decisions of public bodies. We are
of the opinion that it is for the IRP to decide on the confidentiality, nature and the necessity of such
documents to be made available to the appellant for expeditious disposal of the matter.
