SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES OF WARD
SCHEDULE-I WARD NO. I.
The boundary of this Ward begins at Gate Number 1 and runs in westerly direction towards
Cantonment boundary pillar Number 48 along the Cantonment boundary and then runs along the
Cantonment boundary passing through Cantonment boundary pillars No. 44, 43,40, 37,29, 27, 26,
23, 22, 20, 18, 17, 16, 15, 12, 7, 3, 1, 208, 207, 206, 205, 203, 199, 197, 195, 194, 193, 190, 187,
184 and runs further beyond Cantonment boundary pillar Number 184 in Southern direction along
the Cantonment boundary and then take turns in south-westerly direction till it reaches Mall Road
near Bungalow No. 38. From there boundary runs in southern direction along the eastern edge of
Mall Road till it reaches Gate Number. 1 which is the begging point of the limits of Ward
Number. I.
The boundary of the habitable region of this Ward begins from the Military Hospital,
Power House and goes to the northern side of Mall Road upto Aloo Mandi and then turns on
western direction towards Forest Chowki. From there it runs towards Bungalow Number. 17 and
turns to eastern direction towards Mall Road, Bungalow Number. 34 and Kulana Garden. Then it
turns towards southern direction to Mall Road, Chakrata Post office. Then it turns to Post Office,
Parade Ground by turning western direction and goes to British Infantry Bazar upto Pathan Kot
and Headquarters area and then reaches Military Hospital.

-3SCHEDULE-II WARD NO. II
The boundary of this Ward begins from Mall Road near Gate Number. 1 and goes in
northern direction along the eastern edge of Mall road till it reaches Bungalow Number 38 of Mall
Road. From Bungalow Number. 38 on Mall road the boundary takes turn in north-easterly
direction till it reaches the Cantonment boundary between Cantonment boundary pillars Number
184 and 183. From there, the boundary takes turn in north-easterly direction towards Cantonment
boundary pillar Number 183 along the Cantonment boundary line. From there the boundary of this
Ward runs along the Cantonment boundary line passing through Cantonment boundary Pillars
Number 181, 179, 175, 168, 165, 164, 163, 160, 159, 158, 157 and 154. Beyond Cantonment
boundary pillar Number 154 on the Cantonment boundary line, the boundary of this Ward turns in
western direction till it reaches the southern edge of Cantonment High School. From there, the
boundary turns in northern direction along the eastern edge of Kachhari Road till it reaches Gate
Number 1 on Mall Road which is the starting point of the limits of this Ward.
The periphery of the habitable region of this ward runs along Mule line, Baboo Mohallah,
Tons Division (Snow View Hotel), Military Engineering Service Colony, Military Engineering
Service Line, Old Tehsil building, Police Station, Tehsil Office, Sub Divisional Magistrate
Bungalow, Treasury Office, Cantonment High School and the eastern edge of Kachheri Road upto
Gate Number. 1 on Mall Road.
SCHEDULE-III WARD NO. III
The boundary of this Ward starts from Cantonment boundary Pillar Numebr 53 and runs in
north-easterly direction in straight line till it reaches Saharanpur Road. From there the boundary
turns towards south along the western edge of Saharanpur Road till it reaches the elevation point of
6578 feet which is marked on the Saharanpur Road. From there the boundary turns in northeasterly direction till it reaches the Khera Temple spring and further in the same direction till it
reaches the south-eastern edge of Military Engineering Service quarters. From there, the
boundary turns in north-easterly direction till it reaches the Military Engineering Service Road.
From there, the boundary turns in north-westerly direction along the Military Engineering Service
Road leading to Octroi Post at Kailana and then the boundary runs further in northern direction
along the eastern edge of the Janta Hotel Road and Kachheri Road till it reaches the southern edge
of Cantonment High School. From there the boundary turns in north-easterly direction and runs in
straight line till it reaches the Cantonment boundary to the south of Cantonment boundary pillar
Number. 154. From there, the boundary of this Ward runs along the Cantonment boundary
passing through Cantonment boundary pillar Numbers 153, 151, 148, 147, 144, 139, 134, ……….
55, 54 and 53 which is the beginning point of the limit of Ward Number 3.

-4The periphery of the habitable region of this Ward runs along house No. 287, Block Office,
Railway Out Agency, Veer Keshari Market, Head Octroi Post Kailana, Motor Garage , Saw Mill,
Post Office, New Telephone Exchange, Patiadhar Garden, Khadra Garden, Bungalow Number 48,
Dak Bungalow, Chilmiri Neck, Academy area, Jubilee quarters and Bungalow Number 58.
SCHEDULE-IV WARD NO. IV
The boundary of this Ward starts on Saharanpur Road at the point of intersection of the line
between Cantonment boundary Pillar Number 53 and Saharanpur Road and runs towards south
along the western edge of Saharanpur Road till it reaches the elevation point of 6578 feet which is
marked on the Saharanpur Road. From there the boundary turns in north-easterly direction till it
reaches the Khera Temple spring and further in the same direction till it reaches the south-eastern
edge of Military Engineering Service quarters. From there the boundary turns in north-westerly
direction till it reaches the Military Engineering Service Road. From there the boundary goes
further in north-westerly direction along the Military Engineering Service Road leading to Octroi
Post at Kailana and then the boundary runs further in northern direction along the eastern edge of
the Janta Hotel Road and takes a turn in south westerly direction from the southern side of Janta
Hotel, crossing the Hospital Road near Janta Hotel till it reaches the point of intersection of the
line between Cantonment boundary Pillar Nunber 53 and Saharanpur Road on Saharanpur Road
which is the beginning point of the limit of Ward Number IV.
The periphery of the habitable region of this Ward runs from Hydel Colony to the
Community Health Center and Hospital staff quarters, Idgaha, Chinta Haran Temple, Jublee
quarters , Pradeep Bhawan and Deepak Bhawan, Naya Bazar area, etc.
SCHEDULE-V WARD NO. V
The Boundary of this ward begins at Cantonment Boundary Pillar Number 51 and runs in
southern direction to Cantonment Boundary Pillar Number 53 passing through Cantonment
Boundary Pillar No 52 along the Cantonment Boundary. From Cantonment Boundary Pillar
Number 53 the boundary of this ward turns in north-easterly direction in straight line till it reaches
Saharanpur Road and then this boundary runs further in the same direction till it reaches the south
eastern corner of Janta Hotel. From there the boundary turns around the Janta Hotel in north
westerly along the eastern edge of Chowk Bazar Road till it reaches the Chowk Bazar. From
Chowk Bazar the boundary runs in western direction along the northern edge of Cantonment
Board Office Road till it reaches the Cantonment Board Office. From the north western corner of
Cantonment Board Office the boundary turns south along the Cantonment Board Office Road and
takes turn in the western direction crossing the Saharanpur Road and goes along the northern edge
of Cremation Ground Road till it reaches Cantonment Board Quarter number 1 and 2. From
Cantonment Board Quarter Number 1 and 2 the boundary runs towards the west till it joins
Cantonment Boundary Pillar Number 51 which is the beginning point of the limit of Ward No. V.
