Point Categories
Funding Levels
Gold Level- (50 points) eligible for up to $500 the following
semester. Clubs in gold category may also be allotted greater
amounts of funding if they are recipients of a national award,
recognition, or for participation in a conference and/or
tournament after review by the Co-Curricular Activities Dept.
Silver category - (40-49 points) are eligible to request
$250 during the semester following their achievement
of Silver status
Bronze category - (35-39 points) may request $100
following their achievement of Bronze status.
Participation forms reviewed to determine total hours for recognition at

Points in excess of the 50 will roll into next semester totals

• Turned in by 5:00 pm on the last Thursday of the month
• Inbox 130/154, [email protected]
• Reports will be reviewed and points awarded at the beginning of each
month.
• Once the award is determined the Advisor will receive an email with
semester point totals.
• No Club Meetings or Fundraisers listed on reports
Since December is a short month due to finals, end of classes, and the
holiday break; all forms for events held during or after finals week in
December must be included in the first January submission. As such, these
events will count toward the Spring Semester totals.
