Main Session Focus:
Session 4: Maintaining possession to play forwards
Skills practice – boxes, 3vs. 1 in each box, make 3 passes
without losing possession and transfer it to the next box

Scenario:
Key:
Part practice GK plays to attackers, attackers aim is to keep
possession and play to the 2 midfielders & then look to
attack by playing to the striker & supporting (play to a
finish). Once the ball is played into the midfield zone
the GK must play a new ball into the attackers who then
must keep the ball until the other ball has finished and
the midfielders are now ready to receive (Sequence
continues with 8 balls, swap roles and positions after 8
balls). Defenders allowed to track - Attackers allowed to
support - The ball can go back a zone if needed
