TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE WINNING GAME ORGANIZED
BY IPKO TELECOMMUNICATIONS LLC
Article 1 – General Terms and Conditions
1.1 General Terms and Conditions for participation in the PRIZE WINNING GAME for IPKO
subscribers govern the rights, obligations and conditions for participation in the PRIZE
WINNING GAME organized by "IPKO Telecommunications LLC" (IPKO).
1.2 These Terms and Conditions are published on the IPKO website www.ipko.com.
Article 2 – Period of organization of the prize winning game
Prize winning game will be organized from 28.11.2016 to 30.12.2016.
Article 3 – Enrolling and participation
3.1 Right to participate have only individuals over 16 years of age, all prepaid private and business users.
Whereas, participation is not allowed to IPKO employees and their family members, as well as users with
Business Postpaid tariff.
3.2 In cases when the winner of the specific award is part of the Business, respectively the user of tariff
business prepaid, the award will be given to the user of such number.
3.3 In order to participate in the PWG, Users should activate the internet package through the code *217#
- 2GB with validity of 7 days. Price of the package is 2.17€. Controlling of MB is done through *217*1#.
3.4 Users that have the right to participate in the prize winning game will be potential users to win any of
the prizes provided by IPKO, respectively prizes described in the following table:

Article 4 – Organization of the Prize Winning Game
4.1 Prize Winning Game will be organized in five weeks, on the following dates:

First round of selection of the winners will commence on November 28, 2016 (13:00), and
will continue up to December 4, 2016 (23:59), while the draw for this round of prizes will
be made in live broadcast on the television, on December 5, 2016;

Second round of selection of the winners will commence on December 5, 2016 (00:01),
and will continue up to December 11, 2016 (23:59), while the draw for this round of
prizes will be made in live broadcast on the television, on December 12, 2016;

Third round of selection of the winners will commence on December 12, 2016 (00:01),
and will continue up to December 18, 2016 (23:59), while the draw for this round of
prizes will be made in live broadcast on the television, on December 19, 2016;

Fourth round of selection of the winners will commence on December 19, 2016 (00:01),
and will continue up to December 25, 2016 (23:59), while the draw for this round of
prizes will be made in live broadcast on the television, on December 26, 2016;

Fifth round of selection of the winners will commence on December 26, 2016 (00:01), and
will continue up to December 30, 2016 (23:59), while the draw for this round of prizes
will be made in live broadcast on the television, on December 30, 2016;
4.2 IPKO reserves the right to change the dates within 3 days before the draw of prizes.
4.3 Prize draw will be
done through automatic software by choosing from 1999 to 2001 participants every week (for five weeks),
whereas the prize Range Rover Sport shall be drawn at the end from amongst the
participants that have activated internet packages for 5 consecutive weeks, i.e., from November 28 to
December 30, 2016, according to the same methodology.
4.4 Winners will be informed about the prize won no later than one week after they have been drawn by
the selection committee, live on television, whereas the winners of Mobile Internet packages will receive
automatic compensation of the prize won no later than 48 hours, after they have been drawn by the
selection committee.
4.5 Winners can claim their prizes at the location specified by IPKO. User is obliged to present an ID and
mobile number, in order to show that he/she is a winner and to claim the prize.
4.6 IPKO will perform verification of the winners of the prizes based on verification of personal data in
accordance with the applicable legislation in Kosovo.
Article 5- Prizes
5.1
All prizes that are part of this prize winning game will be published in the official website of
IPKO www.ipko.com
5.2
Prizes cannot be converted into cash.
Article 6 – Obligations of participants
6.1
By participating in the Prize Winning Game, each participant consents that IPKO
Telecommunications can edit, modify, adapt, translate, expose, publish, broadcast, including
reproduction, copy, create derivative works or to use all and/or any part of the name, likeness,
photograph, voices of participants and images of all persons mentioned and/or displayed on materials
generated at the event, without limitation, anywhere in the world, in any form (tangible and intangible,
permanent or transitory including, but without limitation, audio, video, print, electronic, written and
photographic) and through any medium of broadcast (including, but without limitation, television,
radio, internet and print) now existing or that may exist in the future for advertising, trade, promotion,
publicity and other similar purposes without compensation and without notice to or the consideration,
review or approval by the participant.
6.2
Each participant further agrees:
6.2.1 To be questioned or interviewed (either in person or by other means such as email or
telephone), filmed and/or photographed and will be available for interviews, filming,
photography and other public relations, marketing and promotional activities related to the
event, as reasonably required and directed by IPKO.
6.2.2 To permit IPKO to
contact participants (whether in person, by telephone, email or otherwise) in order to seek further
information from participants about their participation or for any other purpose related to the
prize winning game. Each participant represents and warrants
that his participation, or the exercise any of the rights granted by IPKO under these conditions
will not:
6.2.2.1 infringe or violate any rights of any third party or entity, including, but without
limitation, those relating to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, moral rights,
privacy, publicity, misappropriation, confidentiality, and/or any contractual or other rights
recognized under any law, rule, regulation, order, judgment or decree (collectively, the
“Law”), or otherwise violate any applicable law.
6.3 IPKO reserves the right to revoke participation in the prize winning game to all users whom IPKO
considers that abuse or violate any of the conditions set forth in this document, including large amounts
of top-ups or transfer of top-ups in large amounts, to third parties.
Article 7 – Transfer of rights and obligations
7.1 The user has no right to transfer the rights and obligations arising from this Agreement to third
parties without prior written consent by IPKO.
7.2 IPKO reserves the right to transfer the rights and obligations arising from this Agreement to the legal
successor of IPKO.
Article 8 - Use of Personal Data
IPKO will safeguard the personal information of participants in accordance with the Law on Protection of
Personal Data no. 03/L0-172.
Article 9- Final conditions
9.1 IPKO reserves the right not to award the participants, if:

There are doubts regarding the identity of the data;

It is understood that a participant of the event acted in breach of these conditions.
9.2 IPKO will not take any responsibility for:

Non-functional services or applications, which are a result of lack of knowledge about the use of
services or applications;

Malfunction of
services or applications, as a result of the downturn in the Internet network, the downturn of
networks, lack of power or other technical obstacles that may temporarily prevent the use of the
service or application;

Any unwanted consequence arising from participation in the event;
9.3 IPKO will not take responsibility for any harm or damage that is created by participants of the event;
9.4 These terms and conditions are effective as of 28.11.2016.
