Fundamental Stage
4.1 Ball played to target with back to opposite line.
Target lays ball off to original passer.
Ball played one-touch to opposite player.
Change target every 10 repetitions.

4.2 Ball played to target, with back to defender.
Defender can't take ball.
Target lays plays original pass in, plays one-touch forward.
Change target and defender roles every five repetitions.
4.3 Ball played to target, who turns and attacks defender.
Defender can't take ball.

Change target and defender roles every five repetitions.
Game - Related Stage I
Play 4 vs. 2 to goal in two fields.
After three passes, play the target player.
Target player goes to goal.
Modification: One player can support target, but cannot score

Game - Related Stage II
Play in three zones, 2 vs. 2 on the ends and 1 vs. 1 centrally.
Must transition through midfield before finding target.
One sub per team, rotate every two - three minutes.
