One-legged
Number of players: the whole class Equipment needed: one ball per group
Pupils are divided into groups containing 6-8 students and then each group forms a circle. There is a
ball in each circle. The pupils throw the ball to each other. Whoever throws the ball incorrectly or
cannot catch it, then continues the game in the following stages.
Stages:
1. Standing on one leg.
2. Kneeling on one knee.
3. Kneeling on both knees.
4. Crouched position
5. Sitting cross-legged
Rules:
1. A player who throws the ball incorrectly most perform the next stage of positions.
2. Players must not throw the ball to their closest neighbour.
3. A player who catches and throws the ball correctly goes back to the previous stage if he/she
was conducting one of the positions.
The player who makes a mistake in the last stage drops out of the game temporarily.
