Here’s How it Works!
1. Commit to purchasing at least one $20 ticket per month for 12 months. You will be given a ticket(s) with a 3
digit number between 000-999 (which covers every possible 3 digit combination).
2. Beginning January 1, 2017 (and daily thereafter throughout 2017), if your ticket number matches the Ohio
Lottery daily Mid-Day Pick 3 number, you win the prize for that date (there is no limit to how many times you
can win). You will find the prize calendars for all 12 months on the back of this flyer.
3. Winners will be contacted daily and prize money will be mailed within 1-2 business days - make sure we have
correct email and mailing information. The Pick 3 numbers and winners will be posted daily on our Facebook
page https://www.facebook.com/Sierrashaven and on our website at www.sierrashaven.org.
4. You can go to our website and see a list of all the ticket holders, the current month’s calendar with winners
listed, and all 12 month’s prize calendars.
5. You may purchase tickets by any of the following methods:
a. Go to our website at www.sierrashaven.org and use either PayPal or major credit card to make monthly
recurring donations for your ticket(s) – just click on the donate button associated with this fundraiser –
that will alert us that you have purchased your ticket. Make sure your PayPal account has the correct
email and mailing address for you.
b.
Purchase 6 or 12 months of tickets at a time with PayPal or credit card on our website; or cash or check
(make checks payable to Sierra’s Haven). If buying 6 months at a time, let us know if you want a
reminder statement sent to you in June for the second half of the year.
c.
Mail monthly payments to Sierra’s Haven, 80 Easter Drive, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662 – we will provide
you with a 12 month sheet of coupons to include with your payment.
