Tournament Rules
NZCPA (ICF) Rules 2017 will apply, with the following exceptions and modifications
 There will be NO shot clock
 Body covering must be worn
 All games except finals will be 8 minutes each way, 1 minute half time, and a 3 minute change over. Finals will be 10 minutes each way, 2 minutes half time.
There is a very short amount of warm up time allowed before each final
 For round robin games, points will be awarded, win = 3, draw = 1, loss or default = 0
 Where two or more teams have gained the same number of points, they shall be ranked in order according to the following procedures:
(a) Goal difference;
(b) Total number of Goals scored;
(c) Results of game between the two teams within that group;
 Goal difference: Overall Goals Scored minus Overall Goals Conceded. If one team has had a game conceded to them by another team, and a further team on
the same points have actually played this conceding team, then both of these results will be discounted for this differentiation.
 In play-off games and medal games if at full time there is a draw, there will be blocks of five minutes, golden goal

Note; A lot of effort has been made to ensure that teams sharing gear do not have clashes. If a clash does occur with a play-off game, please let Penny know as
early as possible, so a solution can be found.
Duty is allocated as one hour per team per school. (Adults/Senior students only)
Meetings (a representative from each school should be at this meeting)
 Managers Meeting, Friday, 11.30 at the pool. This will be held by pool 2 in the bleachers
 NZCPA School Council Meeting, Saturday venue and time to be announced.
Pools
Junior grades and Senior Girls Div 2 play on the inside pool, POOL 1 on the draw.
Senior Div 1 and Senior Open Div 2 play on the outside pool, POOL 2 on the draw.
Boats may be stored overnight around the indoor pool, but must not be put there until after the last
game each day. Any boats left earlier may be removed and left outside at the owners’ risk, and the
competition committee may declare the next game for that team a forfeit.
