Call for Papers
52nd Annual Conference on
Information Sciences and Systems
March 21, 22, & 23, 2018

Authors are invited to submit previously unpublished papers describing theoretical advances,
applications, and ideas in the fields of information sciences and systems including:
·Information Theory
·Communications
·Statistical Inference
·Networking
·Coding Theory
·Signal Processing
·Security and Privacy
·Systems and Control
·Image Processing
·Machine Learning
·Energy Systems
·Biological Systems
Electronic submissions of up to 6 pages (in Adobe PDF format) including 3-4 keywords must be
submitted by December 11, 2017. Submissions should be of sufficient detail and length to permit
careful reviewing. Authors will be notified of acceptance no later than January 17, 2018. Final
manuscripts of accepted papers are to be submitted in PDF format no later than January 31, 2018.
These are firm deadlines that will permit the distribution of Electronic Proceedings at the
Conference. Accepted Papers will be allotted 20 minutes for presentation, and will be reproduced in full
(up to 6 pages) in the conference proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from postconference distribution (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented by the author at
the conference.
