Printing a complete Service Plan

Social Services Information System(SSIS)
Printing a Complete Service Plan
Once a service plan has been developed with the family, and its contents entered into
SSIS, this complete plan may be printed from two locations. If signatures have not yet
been obtained on the plan, it remains in Draft status. Once signatures are obtained, the
Status of the plan on the Setup tab is changed to Active.
Best Practice: Change the status of service plans to Active with as many
signatures as you have by Day 30. Note additional signatures as they are obtained. An
Active service plan indicates that this is understood to be the active working plan with
the family, and cannot be changed without the knowledge of all of the signers.

Hint: Remember to review the Navigation bar before printing any service plan to
ensure that you checked the Complete box on each screen you wish to print. Screens
with the Complete box checked display with a red checkmark in the Navigation bar. If
you forget to click the Complete box, your information saves allowing you to return to
any screen later and click in the Complete box.
Hint: Select the Alternate Print Format checkbox if you do not wish to have
breaks inserted between service plan sections or blocks of text on the printed plan.
Leave the checkbox blank and breaks will be automatically inserted. Use Print Preview
to view both print options before printing a service plan to view both options.
