Area Narrative:
The Warwick Way estate is a compact residential area to the north of Loughborough
consisting of family houses, bungalows, low rise flats and sheltered accommodation. It
also benefits from play areas and a basket ball court. There are no shops within the
estate but there is a Morrison’s supermarket close by.

on one side of the estate.

Layout:
There are two definite property styles to the estate divided in the centre by Milton Street.
On one side much of the estate is more easily accessed on foot via many pathways. The
properties are close together with limited parking spaces in small adjacent parking bays.
The other side has more open grassed areas and traditional roads that link each street to
the main roads. This side also has council garages located around the area.
