Challenge your family and friends to a quick game of
Tapple 10. And since one game won’t be enough, there are
rules for TEN GAMES TO PLAY using the Tapple 10 cards.
Get ready for fast paced fun, times 10.
Contents:
80 Cards*, 1 Sand timer, Instructions, Travel Case
*Cards are two-sided with one side containing
the categories and the other side containing the
Tapple alphabet which includes these 20 letters:

Each letter appears four times, once
in each of four different colors.

Setup: Stack the cards in the center of the table with
the category side up (above left).
Play: Choose a player to flip the top card of the stack to
the letter side, placing it next to the stack, revealing
a letter and color. The color of the letter
determines which of the four categories on
the top card of the stack to use.

that category. The first player to shout out a
correct answer collects the card. That player then
flips the next card to start a new round.
In the case of a tie, or if no one can think of an answer,
discard that card and reveal a new letter.

over cards and shouting out answers until time runs out.
He or she collects the cards answered.
Discard all cards that could not be answered.
Turn passes to the next player who restarts the
timer and begins.

most cards wins.

letter and color. Within the remaining time the player
must shout out a correct answer to the correlating
category. That player must quickly flip over both the card
and the timer over. This starts the next player’s turn with
a new letter color combination. Keep playing until time
runs out on one side. The last player to answer wins the
round. Note: If you successfully answer all 9 cards before
time runs out, reset cards and play a new round.
Win: The first player to win 2 rounds
wins the game.

Setup: Spread all cards letter side up on the table.
Each player takes 4 letters to spell a word, color does not

For more of a challenge, spell a 5 letter word.

Select a player

still in the center of the table on top of one of the
letters of your word your word to make a new word.
Example: If your starting word is N E W T adding an A on
top of the W it would become N E A T. On your next turn,
you could place the letter S to spell the word S E A T.
If you cannot make a word with the letters available,
you are out of the game.
Win: The last player to be able to make a word wins.

Setup: Players start with 10 cards stacked letter side
up in front of them. Place

Play: All players simultaneously race to get rid of the top

discard pile. As they answer, players will flip their card
onto the discard pile. This will continually change the
categories throughout the game. Often more than one
player will put a card on the discard pile at the same time.
The player with the bottom-most card leaves their card
on the discard pile, all other players return their
cards to the top of their stack.
Win: First player to get rid of all their
cards wins.
