Golf Course Overview:
This par 72, 6,964 yards breathtaking course covers 160 acres which consist of an 18-hole and
40% of man-made lakes and landscaped gardens that add the beauty and difficulty throughout
the course. The course provides the player with a series of scenic lakes, overlapping hills and
sand bunkers strategically placed throughout the fairways. One of the signature holes is the par 4
sixteenth, with curvy white sand banker along the lake from tee-off till putting green. It becomes
more challenge and a tough finish to the opening half because of four bunkers standing on the
right at 150 yards. It defies even the best player strategically plans before hitting the golf ball.

side from tee to green of this left dogleg hole with trees lining the right. Laying up on the second
shot is recommended. Precision is needed for the third shot onto the green, which is well

The longest and hardest Par 4 of the course is a straight Par 4 which offers a wide landing area.
Water runs through the fairway short of the green. The green itself has large bunkers guarding

into the wind. Making par on this hole is considered a plus.

Located on the ground floor of Club House building, features with a putting green. With outdoor and indoor
areas, this is a relaxing venue with panoramic views over the golf course with palm trees along the fairway
for residents, golfers and families to meet. Single Asian dishes, light meals, snacks and tapas are served,
together with a large selection of quality wines. International beers, specialty cocktails, soft drinks, juices,
