5. Basic Terms and Condition










Agents will receive an SA Vitamins e-mail address and all product and pricelist documentation to assist for reselling
our product to various outlets and individuals.
Agents cannot and are not allowed to resell the products for less than the recommended price or enter into any
negotiations for lower prices without the written consent of SA Vitamins, this agreement will immediately be
terminated if agents sell below the recommended selling price, our pricing are very well priced in the market, this is to
protect our resellers, yourself and other agents.
SA Vitamins are exclusive distributors of SA Vitamins, Swanson Vitamins SA, Bionutrition and Nuvocare products
in SA and we only provide the highest quality products.
Please take note that all products are sold online on www.swansonvitamins.co.za, but your reseller prices will always
be lower than the web prices giving you the added advantage as agent.
SA Vitamins does not supply any credit to agents or retails outlets, all orders must be placed via email to
[email protected], thereafter an invoice will be created and send to you for payment.
Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received,
All order gets dispatched via DPE couriers with a tracking number to you as a agent and you will deliver to your
customer
Take note that there is a courier fee that will be invoiced by SA Vitamins for all deliveries.
Marketing Material will be send to agents from time to time.
Your contact details will also be placed on our web www.savitamins.co.za as a registered agent and you will receive
an SA Vitamins e-mail address that you can use.
