Pasta Jay’s is dedicated to giving back to the communities we serve and we welcome the opportunity
to support community events, fundraisers and other charitable efforts. Each year we allocate a
quantity of in-kind (product) and gift certificate contributions in support of nonprofit organizations in
our community. We are pleased to contribute to many of the requests we receive, but due to the large
number of charitable donation requests we receive, we simply cannot fulfill all of them. We wish you
the best of luck in your fundraising efforts. Thanks for making our community a better one!
Pasta Jay’s Donation Request Guidelines
1. Requests by phone are not accepted. Donations must be emailed to [email protected] or
mailed to Attention: Emily Sussman – 1001 Pearl Street, Boulder CO 80303
2. Requests must be made a minimum of two-four weeks in advance (if possible) of the event for
gift certificates or in-kind donations/event services. All requests are reviewed on a first-come,
first-served basis.
3. Past support of an organization or event is not a guarantee of future support.
4. Although we would like to support every worthwhile cause, due to the volume of applications, it
is not possible for Pasta Jay’s to fulfill every request.
5. An application submission is not a guarantee of a donation. All aspects of an application are
considered prior to Pasta Jay’s committing to a donation, including quantities, type of donation,
special requests, delivery, staffing, equipment and availability. Pasta Jay’s will respond in
writing if a donation application is approved.
6. Pasta Jay’s reserves the right to require that the organization displays a “Compliments of
Pasta Jay’s” or similar sign (at minimum) with the product donation.
7. Pasta Jay’s reserves the right to specify how the product is to be displayed and handled at the
event/donation.
8. All decisions regarding the donation application are at the sole discretion of Pasta Jay’s and all
decisions are final.
All requests must be submitted by completing the Donation Request Form. Please email/mail this
completed document along with an IRS 501-C (3) determination letter, and any relevant information
to the address specified in the guidelines.
