Dear Nghiep Vi Ly,
Please find your organization’s Asbestos Analysts Testing (AAT) results for Round 108. It is the organization’s responsibility to
thoroughly review results and to immediately contact the AIHA Registry Programs, in writing, if any errors are found in your report or to
request the removal of any analyst, who is no longer affiliated with the organization, from the Asbestos Analysts Registry program.
Unacceptable performance may be improved by successfully analyzing a set of retest samples. Retest Order Forms are available on
the website at: http://www.aiharegistries.org/programs/AAR/AAT. The deadline for ordering a retest for this round is <retestorder>.
Retest sample kits are mailed via USPS Priority Mail one business day after the order deadline.
Any enrolled analyst, who is unable to participate in an AAT round, must request an "Excused Absence" in order to not receive 4
outliers and an unacceptable performance rating. This written request must be received by the AIHA Registry Programs before the AAT
round closes. Please note that an ”Excused Absence“ shall not be granted for consecutive rounds
Please handle, store and analyze your organization’s AAT samples in the same manner as routine client samples. To submit your
organization’s data, please visit the Data Entry Portal at: http://apps.aiha.org/pat/. Always save the confirmation page after
submitting data via the Data Entry Portal; this is your proof of submission.
Your organization’s password, needed to access reports on the Data Entry Portal, was provided in the upper right hand corner (next to
your organization ID#) of the label on the results worksheet included with your AAT samples.
The proficiency demonstrated by the results of this round of AAT is valid until the results of the retest round post, if the organization
chooses to participate, or until the results of the next AAT round are available on April 24, 2014.

*Criteria for listing as a Registered Analyst:
1.
The organization’s application shall be reviewed and approved by an AAR Subject Matter Expert and must meet all the
requirements of the current AAR Policy and NIOSH 7400 method.
2.
An analyst’s application shall be reviewed and approved by an AIHA Registry Programs Staff Reviewer and must have
completed two (2) consecutive AAT rounds with no greater than 2 outliers combined.
Note, Registration letters are sent to newly Registered Analysts within 10 business days from the date the results of the AAT round in
which the analyst gains proficiency are posted.

“--” denotes that the analyst did not submit data (resulting in 4 outliers).
