The New Reporting Order

 An Interim Order
 Option A – new policy
 Option B – Follow the new order
 Intended to enable the implementation of the revised
curriculum
 Engagement and discussion (parents and the Board)
 It indicates direction for the communication of student learning
 Core competencies - student self-reporting
 Reporting by curricular competencies (subject areas)

At least 5 reports – 3 formal and 2 in other ways
Must report on student progress in the discipline areas
Must report on all discipline areas
by the end of the school year
Must include student self-assessment on the core competencies
with teacher support
by the end of the school year
