A positive learning experience is guaranteed for participants, playing time is not.
Each player will play in all games, but those that consistently attend practice, give
100%, and show an advanced understanding of new concepts will deservedly play
more. The coaches will provide each player with an opportunity to excel.
PARENT EXPECTATIONS
• 1: No communication with coach day of games. If there is an issue, use the
remainder of the weekend to let things settle, and speak to the coach at
practice.
• 2: Understand that we are all on the same team (players, coaches, parents)
• 3: Volunteer when you can. It shouldn’t be the same parents helping out for
every event.

Northeast Wisconsin Boy’s Basketball League
• There are approximately 35 High School basketball programs involved in
this youth basketball league.
• Each game weekend will consist of 2 games played. Coaches will make sure
that players/parents know their scheduled playing time.

Coaches will be in-charge of communication with parents and act as a great role
model for the players they will be coaching.
Marques Trost and Dan Cortte will be communicating with the coaches regularly
regarding game and practice times.
Coaches and parents will be given schedules for the practices
If coaches would like to have extra practices, it is up to them to reserve gym time
Parents, if questions or concerns during the season, please go to your coaches
