 4-person team scramble format
 You can sign-up your entire 4-person team provided you havethe approval and delegation of your teammates
 You can sign-up yourself as an individual player and the tournament chairman will group you with a great team of three
other players
 You can sign-up yourself along with one or two others as delegated by them and the tournament chairman will group you
with the necessary number of players to round your team up to four players total
 White tee box (men’s tee box) exceptions are as follows:
 Ladies can elect to tee from the ladies tees (red tees)
 Seniors (age 60 & over) can elect to tee from the senior tees (gold tees)
 Juniors (age 12 & under) can elect to tee from the junior tees (gold or red tees based on age &ability)

Tournament Prizes




All individual players receive a sleeve of tournament monogrammed golf balls
Low gross (1st Place) receives a monetary prize for all team members
Low gross (1st Place) gets their player names inscribed on the tournament plaque/trophy
2nd Place (Runner-up): receives a monetary prize for all team members
 3rd Team Prize;receives a monetary prize for all team members, awarded by random draw
 Longest Drive (Individual)

 Closest To Pin (Individual)

Reservation &Payment Process
Sign-up early to secure your reservation by filling out the player-person information form attached to this document and
emailing it to the tournament chairman. You can also send it via snail-mail but be sure to mail it as early as possible. Payment
can be submitted separately from the process of filling out and sendingthe player-personsign-up information sheet.
Two forms of payments are available;
$65/player, $25/person for dinner only for adult non-players wanting to attend dinner(no dinner-onlyfee for little kids)

Note: this is a secure website powered by Go Daddy and owned/managed by your tournament chairman. Your electronic
payment information is secure and protected. This electronic payment method is offered for your convenience. If you
use this method please send a separate email after your online payment to the tournament
chairman at [email protected] providing the playersand/or
person’s information who is being paid for with that particular electronic payment. Please
also note the time, date & amount of the electronic payment in the email.
2) Snail-mail the check payment to your tournament chairman. Please be sure to identify each
player or person’sname who is being paid for with the check. Payment is required no later
than 12 July 2017.Make payable to and mail it

Other rules and general information
 You must fill-out the player-person information sheet below if you plan to play in the tournament or attend dinner
 All ‘out of bounds’ or ‘lost ball’ is treated as a ‘lateral hazard’ (e.g. 1 stroke penalty, drop ball at point of out of bounds or
area of lost ball or entrance point into the woods)
 Lakes are considered a ‘lateral hazard’ if a separate drop area is not provided
 The maximum score on any singular hole is a quadruple bogey - pick’em up if you reach quadruple bogey
 All putts that lie within two-feet of the hole are considered ‘good’ - pick’em up within two-feet of the hole
 Player opt-out of dinner is not refundable nor transferrable to a non-player







No cheating – air vehicle drones operated by the Molly Maguires will be observing compliance to all rules of golf
Tournament prizes may vary based on total quantity of players (e.g. the more players the better)
Tournament plaque/trophy returns to next year’s tournament site
All previous year’s first place team player names remain on the plaque/trophy
Plaque/trophy remains with tournament chairman but is always photo presented through the internet
Photo memories of each tournament will be maintained for all to remember and available through the internet
Take the kids out golfing and have them play in this tournament. Join-in for dinner if you don’t want to play golf
 Be retrospective, remember, and savor your family and friends while playing and always thereafter
