TABLES WILL BE SET ON “FREE PLAY” FOR PRACTICE AND TOURNAMENT PLAY.
**NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL YOU HAVE 8 WEEKS OF PLAY!! ANY ENTRY SUBMITTED WHERE YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE 8 WEEKS OF PLAY, WILL BE
DISCARDED AND WILL HAVE TO BE RE-SUBMITTED UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR 8TH WEEK.**
$5.00 “LATE FEE” ($45 TOTAL) WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL ENTRIES SUBMITTED AFTER FEBRUARY 15 TH.
$20.00 PENALTY ($60 TOTAL) WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL “ON SITE” ENTRIES.
FRIDAY, MARCH 13th: 3:00pm START. ALL DIVISIONS BEGIN PLAY AT 3:00
3:00 PM START. PLAY WILL CONTINUE UNTIL FINISHED WITH FINALS!!
All players will be provided with a Name Badge. If you have not picked up your badge by 3:30, you may forfeit your first match.
Photo ID required to pick up name badge. Players may only pick up their own name badge.
Juniors: Sunday, March 15th: 10:00am start $10.00 Non-refundable “Greens Fee” must accompany entry form.
Your “Singles Tourney Division” is dependent on the highest of your teams’ position in your league, when divisional lines were drawn on 1/1/15,OR your individual PA MMA/VNEA ranking for players who "cashed" in previous years
(see ranking sheet). You must play Singles in the division your team qualified, or by your personal ranking. You may always play “up”, but you may not play “down”! If you are a “RANKED PLAYER”, you must play the higher
of your personal ranking, or where your team placed when divisional lines were drawn. If in doubt, call Warner's before you enter (800-558-4141).
Seniors (60+): Friday, March 13th 3:00pm. Photo ID for age verification upon
receipt of awards/trophies. Event will be divisionalized, if possible.

This is a Double-elimination, Multiple Game Tournament.
There will be “Byes” to fill a 32 flite chart, including Ladies.
Players on a team, which on 1/1/15, was in the top 2 teams of their local league are considered "A" Singles. Players in the top 1/3
of their local league (but not in 1st or 2nd) are considered "B" Singles. Teams in the middle 1/3 are "C" Singles, and the bo ttom
1/3 are "D" Singles. Ladies, regardless of their team standing, are eligible for the “Ladies” Singles (March 13).
Players whom have been ranked by VNEA or PAMMA/VNEA MUST play at, or above, their ranking.

ALL ENTRIES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, PLEASE DON'T GET CLOSED OUT!
Placement into team divisions will be by local league standings as of JAN. 1st, 2015, or from known ability. Singles play is
divisionalized into multiple divisions for Friday night. In each division the players are grouped into 32 charts, based on th eir
league straight average (total balls / total games) to 2 decimal points. Players generally play their team eligibility. Players may
play “up” a division, but they may not play below their team division nor may they play below their personal listed rank, as shown
on the “Ranking Sheet” for players who have cashed in recent years. Example: Player x plays on a "D" team (bottom 1/3 in their
league), she may play any division she chooses. Player y plays on that same "D" team, but she is ranked as an "A" player, she
may not play "D" team and may only play "A" singles. Player z plays on a "B" team (top 1/3), he may not play "D" or "C" singles
but is eligible in "B" or "A" singles. Please review "Player Ranking List".
Rules: The Valley National 8-Ball Rules Book will be observed throughout the contest,
With the following exceptions:
(a). All judgment call/disputes, will be settled by the tournament director, without appeal.
(b). Opponents will be determined by a drawing after divisionalized by straight average.
(c). No handicaps will be used.
(d). Any player 15 minutes late for a match shall forfeit.
(e). Players are responsible for claiming fouls and registering objections. Incoming players will have table watch for Referee if ASKED only.
(f). Tournament rule for 8 on the break is a re-rack.
(g). The first break shot is by coin toss, therafter Loser of the last games breaks.
(h). As soon as a win is guaranteed, the match is over.
(i). At the tournament director's discretion, players will be moved into other divisions according to their known skill level. Ladies only
leagues will be discounted by some factor to adjust for better competition. Last year's top three places will be moved up to higher divisions.
(j). VNEA sanction card & photo id required for entry to tourney and to receive any tourney awards.
