Homes for Life Foundation is dedicated to establishing a network of permanent, affordable, service-enriched
service
housing within the geographic boundaries of Los Angeles County for individuals who suffer from mental disabilities,
those who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming ho
homeless. The fundamental purpose of offering mentally
disabled adults the choice of a ‘home for life’ is to prevent their downward spiral of despair and crises resultant
from eviction, eventual homelessness and many times death, due to the lack of such housing.

changing program, based on the concepts of prevention and collaboration among agencies. HFLF is
committed to providing permanent housing which incorporates client centered rehabilitation and case management
services, bringing together
gether families, government agencies and mental health professionals to serve such gravely
disadvantaged mentally disabled persons in a caring and cost

Here’s how it works: Each ticket has 4 randomly assigned NFL teams shown for each of the 17 weeks of the NFL
season. Total combined
ombined points scored by those 4 teams each week determine the prize winners.

highest scores and the lowest score out of all the tickets sold each week. Results will be listed weekly at

Weekly Prizes: $530 awarded each week of 17 week season, with $9,010 total payout for the season.
